    Check-in time?

    As a rough guide, the check-in time is after 11:00 a.m. Let us know your arrival time in case you schedule  and early check in, we‘ll do our best to have your room available.

    As a rough guide, the check-out time is before 10:00am. If you plan a late check out kindly let us know your departure time, we’ll do our best to satisfy your needs.

    What documents do I need for my check in?

    The document you need is your passport or your Identity Document

    Is Reception open 24 hours?

    Yes, Reception service is available 24 hours.

    Which languages are spoken at Reception?

    English, Spanish and we understand Portuguese

    Can I leave my luggage?

    Yes, we can look after your luggage. If at check in your room is not ready yet or in case of early check out after. We will store your luggage free of charge on your check-in and check-out days.

    Can I make phone calls from the hotel?

    Yes, the hotel offers local and national calls totally free, but if you want to make an international call it has an additional cost, depending on the destination. Contact with the reception area for more cost information per destination.

    Internet connection?

    A wireless internet connection is available throughout the hotel. The rooms feature a very good wifi signal. We also have a PC with an cable internet connection.

    What if I want to reserve a group of rooms?

    If you need more than two rooms, you can make multiple reservations. However, for bookings requiring 7 or more rooms, it would be best to send us an e-mail [email protected] and inquire about group discounts that may be available.

    Which is the nearest airport?

    The airport of Cusco Alejandro Velasco Astete is the second most important in Peru, after Lima, and has a traffic of about 3 million passengers a year. It is located about 5.5 km from the Plaza de Armas of Cusco.

    Which is the nearest train station?

    The nearest train station is in Wanchaq, 5 min away from the hotel, Where you can buy your tickets to Machupicchu.

    How can I reach a taxi from the airport?

    You can reach a taxi in Velasco Astete Avenue that is next to the Airport, the cost is about 10 to 15 soles we are about 20min far from the Airport or by private taxi.

    Is a pick up service available from the airport?

    Yes, this service is available on request. When booking this service, please state the flight number for your arrival and/or departure and the relevant times. The cost of the service is free.

    Can I rent a car at the hotel or nearby?

    Yes, you can rent a car either through the hotel or from one of the local car-rental specialists with which we have special agreements in place.

    Is the hotel in the center of Cusco?

    We are located in the central area of Cuzco, 3min walking (one block) is the Plaza de Armas, main square of Cusco where is The Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption of the Virgin, also known as Cusco Cathedral, is the mother church of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Cusco. The Cathedral Basilica of Cusco with the temples of Triunfo and The Sagrada Familia they conform the Set of the Cathedral. Just doing a walking tour you will also find several museums and temples with a lot of history

    Yes, Buffet Breakfast is offered to all guests staying at the hotel.

    The buffet breakfast includes a seasonal fruits, different types of bread, selected hams, cereals, jams, juices and other typical products of our region.

    What time is breakfast served?

    Buffet Breakfast is served from 6:00am to 10:00am, every day.

    Is room service available? If so, at what times?

    Room service is available from 6am to 10am.

    What is the difference between a standar room and a superior room?

    The decor is the same, but the superior rooms are larger and have larger bathrooms.

    When were the rooms last refurbished?

    We are constantly renovating our rooms in order to give you a pleasant stay.

    What is the difference between a twin room and a double room?

    A twin room has two single beds, whereas a double room has one double bed.

    Do you have smoking and non-smoking rooms?

    No, we have just Non-Smoking rooms.

    Do you have rooms that have services for those with disabilities?

    No, At the moment we don’t have these rooms available.

    Do the bathrooms have baths or showers?

    Most of the rooms have shower. The bath tub is available in some superior rooms.

    How many floors does the hotel have?

    The hotel has 2 floors in all.

    Is there a lift?

    There are no lifts for guests.

    How many bars does the hotel have?

    The hotel has no bar at the moment.

    Are there car parking spaces or a car park?

    Our hotel has a private car parking, not inside the building but 2 blocks away.

    How much does parking cost?

    The car park costs is included in a room rate.

    Are pets allowed to stay at the hotel?

    No, pets are not allowed at the moment.

    How far in advance do I have to book?

    As soon as you have planned your trip! We sometimes have last-minute availability, but in general the earlier you book, the lower the room rate.

    Is it cheaper to book online?

    On our site, you will find a number of deals that are cheaper than the official rate, but there are certain restrictions. You can save more than 20%.

    Is the online booking procedure secure?

    Yes, we use the GDPR protocol, so all bookings made on our site are secure.

    Are the prices quoted per room or per person?

    Do children stay for free? (Please note: only one child free per room)

    Yes, children up to the age of 5 stay for free (accompanied by an adult).

    I am traveling with a child. Will this affect my reservations?

    If you are traveling with a child, this may affect your accommodations. When making a reservation, please make sure to indicate the number of adults as well as the number of children when prompted. Besides that, include the number of children and their ages in the “special requests” during your reservation process. If you should have any concerns, please contact the property directly.

    Is it possible to have a cot/child’s bed in the room? If so, at what price?

    Yes, cots or children’s beds are available for free, It only requires that you reserve at least two days in advance.

    No, The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant at the moment, but we are thinking about opening one very soon.
